ALL LION'S MANE RAW MATERIAL DIRECTLY COMES FROM OUR FARM.

IN DR NOEL'S, WE BELIEVE THE TOP QUALITY BEGINS WITH OUR CAREFUL CULTIVATION OF MUSHROOMS AND STRICT CONTROL OF THE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES.

Lion's mane is a nootropic or 'smart' mushroom that naturally boosts your cognitive function, memory and focus, by stimulating the growth of brain cells and restoring damaged nerves. The secret ingredient is Hericenones, found only in Lion's mane. It has the beta-1,3/1,6-D-Glucans, the main bioactive ingredient in medicinal mushrooms and the key potent component responsible for health benefits. We are very proud to guarantee our Concentrated Lion's mane Powder contains over 10% of soluble beta-1,3/1,6-D-glucans. It is roughly 4 times higher than average in Australian market.

Lion's mane also offers strong digestive protection from many ailments, including ulcers. Asians use Lion's mane mushroom to nourish the stomach and boost gut health for thousands of years, which has been recorded in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The beautiful and nootropic Lion's mane mushrooms are easy to be identified by their white cascading spines. They like to grow on hardwood logs in a single clump.

Our lion's mane farm internal view

Our organic Lion's mane mushrooms farm is in Gutian, Fujian province, a place with a long history of Lion's mane mushrooms cultivation. Gutian has a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Its annual average temperature is 17.3 degrees Celsius, with a yearly rainfall of 1834mm, which creates the most suitable environment for Lion’s mane growth.

It takes 60-70 days to grow our Lion’s mane mushrooms from spores to mature fruiting bodies. Autumn and winter are the best seasons to inoculate spores and transplant the mycelium into organic hardwood sawdust to generate fruiting bodies. We only use filtered spring water to irrigate the mushrooms. GMO, pesticide and fertilizers are 100% forbidden in the whole growing process.

Beautiful lion's mane mushrooms are waiting to be picked

Our Lion’s mane mushrooms natural ripening season is usually from December to next April. When it comes, we only pick the matured ones to ensure their peak nutrition. When Lion’s mane mushrooms grow to the size about an adult’s fist, and their icicle-like teeth grow over 1 cm, it means the mushroom is mature and ready to pick.

To be eco-friendly, we use natural sunlight to dry up the fresh Lion's mane mushrooms. After the initial dry process, they are sent to our processing factory for the lab test of pesticide residues, heavy metals, moisture content and polysaccharide level to ensure that the raw materials meet our strict requirement.
